Project Overview
ADZONE 360 was engaged by TURKPA — the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic Speaking Countries — to deliver the event management and production for its 15th anniversary celebration, a landmark milestone for the international organisation headquartered in Baku.
The anniversary event brought together parliamentary delegations, government officials, and diplomats from Turkic-speaking nations for a formal celebration marking fifteen years of inter-parliamentary cooperation. Our team managed the complete event production from ceremony design through on-site execution.
Scope of Work
Our team delivered full event management including venue selection and transformation, ceremony programming, stage and set design, lighting and AV production, branded environment design, protocol coordination, and on-site event operations for an audience of senior international delegates.
Diplomatic Protocol
As a high-level diplomatic event, the production required meticulous attention to protocol — including seating arrangements, flag displays, multilingual considerations, and ceremony sequencing that respected the traditions of all participating nations.
