ADZONE 360 was engaged to manage the event production, creative direction, and experiential elements for the ISU Junior Grand Prix of Figure Skating 2025 in Baku, Azerbaijan — a prestigious international competition bringing together young figure skaters from around the world.
The scope covered the complete event lifecycle — from the opening ceremony featuring officials and dignitaries, through the competition days, to the medal and awards ceremonies. The production included stage design, ceremony choreography featuring traditional Azerbaijani dance performances, arena branding, and audience experience management across the full venue.
Our team delivered end-to-end event production covering opening and closing ceremonies, medal presentations, cultural showcase programming, arena branding and signage, and full technical production including lighting, sound and video systems.
A highlight of the event was the integration of traditional Azerbaijani cultural performances into the ceremony programming — including dancers in vibrant national costumes performing for an international audience, reinforcing Azerbaijan's identity as a world-class host for global sporting events.
