Project Overview

ADZONE 360 partnered with Hitay Foundation to support the Azerbaijani launch of the 11th Hitay Foundation Art Competition, an international initiative organized in cooperation with the Organization of Turkic States. The competition invited young artists from across the Turkic world, including Azerbaijan, to participate in one of the region's largest emerging art programmes.

Our role was to ensure that the announcement reached Azerbaijan's leading news media through professionally localized content, coordinated media distribution and comprehensive coverage reporting.

Scope of Work

The project included Azerbaijani translation and editorial localization of the press release, media list development, distribution to leading national news outlets, coordination with editorial teams, publication monitoring, and preparation of a detailed media coverage report containing publication links and press clippings.

The campaign was executed within a tight deadline to support the competition's application period and maximize visibility ahead of the June 30 submission deadline.

Media Relations Approach

Rather than relying on automated distribution, ADZONE 360 managed direct relationships with editors and journalists to maximize publication quality and reach.

The localized announcement highlighted the expansion of the Hitay Foundation Art Competition into the Turkic world, emphasizing Azerbaijan's participation alongside Türkiye, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Hungary and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.

Media placement focused on trusted national digital news platforms to generate broad visibility among cultural institutions, universities and prospective applicants.
