Project Overview
ADZONE 360 was appointed by StrategEast to deliver the State and IT Eurasian Forum — a high-profile international conference bringing together government officials, technology leaders, and policy experts from across the Eurasian region to discuss digital transformation, e-governance, and IT innovation.
The forum featured keynote presentations, panel discussions, networking sessions, and an exhibition area — all designed to foster dialogue between the public and private sectors on the future of technology in governance. Our team handled every aspect of the event from planning through execution.
Scope of Work
Our scope encompassed full event management, venue design and production build-out, stage and set construction, branded environment design, AV and technical production, speaker management, registration systems, and on-site coordination across all forum sessions and networking areas.
Forum Design
The creative concept centred on a modern, technology-forward aesthetic — clean lines, digital displays, and a professional environment that reflected the forum's focus on innovation and digital governance. The stage design accommodated multiple presentation formats including keynotes, panels, and fireside chats.
