A major international corporation commissioned ADZONE 360 to organize and produce their annual leadership conference in Baku — a three-day event for 500+ delegates from 15 countries.
The brief required full-service delivery: venue management, delegate logistics, full AV production, branding, catering coordination, entertainment programming and live broadcast for remote participants.
Coordinating 500+ international delegates across a 3-day program while maintaining the client's global brand standards and managing all technical production in-house.
We assembled a dedicated 12-person production team, designed a custom stage set with LED backdrop, managed all delegate transport and accommodation, and delivered a live-stream broadcast to 1,200 remote viewers.
