Event production and creative delivery for an official Tourism Day programme during COP29 in Baku.
Project Overview
ADZONE 360 was engaged by the State Tourism Agency of Azerbaijan to deliver the Tourism Day programme as an official side event during COP29 — the United Nations Climate Change Conference held in Baku in 2024.
The event served as a platform to showcase Azerbaijan's tourism potential to an international audience of delegates, media, and industry leaders. It combined panel discussions, cultural presentations, and an immersive exhibition space highlighting the country's diverse landscapes, heritage sites, and sustainable tourism initiatives.
Scope of Work
Our team managed the full event lifecycle including venue design and build-out, stage production, exhibition space creation, branded environment design, AV production, guest management, and on-site coordination. The creative direction positioned Azerbaijan as a leading destination for sustainable and cultural tourism.
Global Platform
COP29 brought the world's attention to Baku, and Tourism Day provided a unique opportunity to present Azerbaijan's tourism narrative on a global stage — connecting sustainability themes with the country's natural beauty and cultural heritage.
